Funding for projects is achieved through donations, sponsorships and ecovolunteers (registered). Participating ecovolunteers contribute to the projects through working on sites and financially. About two thirds of the fees from the ecovolunteers go toward project support. MARINASIA organizes sailing trips
and charters throughout the Andaman Sea. MARINASIA traditionally
operates catamarans because of their space on board and shallow
draft. Catamarans offer easy access to beaches and coral reefs
and inland waterways. Joining together with EUROPE CONSERVATION SWITZERLAND, MARINASIA has organized two types of cruises: ecovolunteer research cruises and naturalist cruises |
